Change is possible when a person feels accepted, validated, and safe. My belief is that with the right support and tools one can gain confidence to explore the gray in life.
My interventions with clients focus on their perceptions of experiences, how they react to these experiences, and how these experiences affect their relationships and interactions.
My approach to therapy is based on client need. My work is grounded in a client centered strengths-based/insight-oriented perspective. Some of the modalities I use are Choice Theory & Reality Therapy, Humanistic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy.
